Flat-Rate Shipping

  • $7.95 Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 for all orders within the United States.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $125!

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup & Delivery

  • Free Local Pickup: If you’re in the Lindale, TX area, you can choose free local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup at our store.
  • Local Delivery: We also offer local delivery within Lindale and surrounding areas. Delivery options and fees will be available at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use reliable shipping carriers, including Fedex, USPS and UPS, to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items for store credit.

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Final Sale Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

How to Make a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@shoplindalefloral.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Package your items securely and send them to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store Credit

  • Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll issue you store credit for the original purchase price (minus shipping fees). Store credit can be used for any future purchase at Lindale Floral Shop & Boutique.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for store credit and placing a new order for the desired item.
