All purchases are shipped through the USPS, Fedex or UPS
- All US shipping addresses are charged a $7.95 flat rate.
- All domestic purchases will be provided a tracking number via email once the package is labeled for shipping.
- Your order will be prepared to ship within 2-3 business days, this does not include the time it takes your product to move through the shipping carrier.
- Typically using the USPS, FedEx or UPS it will take 3-5 days for your order to arrive to you. This is never a guarantee as unforeseen circumstances in transit can affect delivery times. The package delivery is out of our hands once it leaves our store.
- We are closed on Sundays and start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not liable for goods being damaged in transit. Your items will always leave our store in new condition. Although rare, if your item is damaged in transit, we recommend taking several photos of the damaged shipping box and damaged items and opening a complaint with the shipping service that damaged the item(s).
RETURNS
We are so happy that you chose to shop with US, and we always hope you LOVE your new things, but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out! If this is the case, please follow these instructions to make a return.
- All items must be shipped to Lindale Floral Shop and postmarked within 14 calendar days of being delivered to you. Any return to Lindale Floral postmarked after 14 days of your receiving it as verified by the tracking, will not be accepted to be returned. Our inventory turns quickly, and we cannot take back “old” merchandise.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the return shipping process.

All items must be returned to us in their original, undamaged condition with all original tags still attached. Pickup Orders
- When you receive your order confirmation don't go to the store just yet!
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Orders placed before 12 pm will be available for same day pickup starting at 3 pm M-F and available for pick up starting at 1pm on Saturdays.
- Please remember we are closed on Sundays and our regular hours are M-F 8-5 and Sat 9-3
Refunds
- Please allow 5-10 business days for processing your store credit
- Once processed, your store credit will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox we recommend checking your spam folder.
- We do not notify customers when we receive the return package. We recommend keeping your return tracking so you can track when it has arrived at our store.
- If you haven’t received a store credit in the time frame mentioned above you can email us at hello@shoplindalefloral.com. Please include your order number and first and last name in the email.
Exchanges
Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
Damaged/Defective Items
Your items are always checked for quality before they are shipped out! Sometimes our eyes may overlook and make mistakes. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, please read below.
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing, using or laundering the item. Tags must still be attached.
- All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment or it will not be accepted.
- Please contact us immediately at hello@shoplindalefloral.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.
- We will reach out to the email address provided when the order was placed with available options.
