• All US shipping addresses are charged a $7.95 flat rate.
• All domestic purchases will be provided a tracking number via email once the package is labeled for shipping.
• Your order will be prepared to ship within 2-3 business days, this does not include the time it takes your product to move through the shipping carrier.
• Typically using the USPS, FedEx or UPS it will take 3-5 days for your order to arrive to you. This is never a guarantee as unforeseen circumstances in transit can affect delivery times. The package delivery is out of our hands once it leaves our store.
• We are closed on Sundays and start processing weekend orders on Monday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not liable for goods being damaged in transit. Your items will always leave our store in new condition. Although rare, if your item is damaged in transit, we recommend taking several photos of the damaged shipping box and damaged items and opening a complaint with the shipping service that damaged the item(s).
